David Laux is the owner of Laux Construction LLC and has been in the commercial construction industry for over 26 years. With his broad range of construction experience, David brings the knowledge and perspective necessary to direct the development and successful outcome of every Laux project.
David’s success as a leading local contractor is based on a commitment to teamwork and a sincere interest in helping his clients achieve their objectives. As President, David provides leadership in setting goals, process and direction for Laux Construction.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Chris Joined Laux Construction in 2001. Over the past 12 years, Chris has managed several successful projects for the State of Michigan, Michigan State University, Lansing Community College, Ingham County, and the City of Lansing along with several private-sector projects.
Brandon joined Laux Construction as an estimator in 2007. He took on the responsibility as a Project Manager in 2009. He has provided field supervisory responsibilities, project staffing, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor relations. Brandon enjoys the diverse challenge that comes with delivering a successful project.
Brian joined the Laux team in 2013. He was previously employed for 16 years at C2AE as a structural engineer. Brian has brought his engineering and design experience to help Laux Construction grow as a leader in the design/build market. His responsibilities include estimating, project budgeting,building and site layout, and coordination with subcontractors in bidding of design/build projects.
SENIOR ESTIMATOR/PRE-CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
Jeremy came on board with Laux Construction in February 2012. He currently handles the majority of the estimating work including public and private bidding, project proposals, and coordination of the estimating department. Jeremy also works as an assistant to the project management team during the pre-construction phase of the project.
Jordan joined the Laux team in 2014 and is currently assisting the project management and estimating team in their daily duties.
Ronni worked with Michigan State University Foundation prior to working with Laux Construction as office manager. Ronni has several responsibilities including project accounting, human resources, and contract management.
Kitty joined the Laux Construction team in 2012 and is responsible for management of accounts receivable and payable. Kitty is an integral part of the day-to-day operations and communications within Laux’s office.
