Laux Homes is not just simply a builder in the ordinary sense. We do not just cut lumber and nail boards together. Laux Homes provides a complete construction package to our clients. From your initial concept to the completion of your home, the experts at Laux Homes will manage your project with efficiency and professionalism. Our goal is to provide you with a home that is not just built with quality, but one that you are proud to live in and one that was enjoyable to see evolve from the first line on a piece of paper to the carpet being installed. Laux Homes believes in listening to our customers. We want to hear your ideas, your goals, your concerns. The house we build will be the place you and your family call home. And, when we turn the keys over to you, we want you to walk into the home you’ve always wanted. Laux Homes takes a “turn-key” approach to the home-building process. We take your ideas and input and put them in motion. The following is an overview of the services that we will provide you throughout the construction of your home:
• Oversee the design process • Provide plans and specifications for bank for appraisal purposes • Acquire any special engineering for site (i.e., engineered drainfield) • Acquire land divisions • Apply for easements • Apply for permits and manage the inspection process • Arrange for installation of electrical and/or gas services from utility companies • Provide survey of property and stake house and determine elevation of house in relation to existing grade • Provide product/style/color submittals for your selection and coordinate meetings with you and our suppliers to select products and finishes • Conduct on-site meetings for layout of electrical/lighting package • Coordinate all material deliveries, subcontractors, and labor with a “seamless” schedule—eliminating costly delays • Update you with periodic schedules in a bar graph format • Provide all disposal and on-site sanitary facilities for workers • Provide meticulous clean-up of home upon completion • Conduct a final walkthrough with you to list any punchlist items • Provide a one-year written labor warranty • Assemble a close-out package listing all components used in construction, colors, etc. for future reference |
