David Laux – Owner / President
David Laux is the owner and founder of Laux Construction LLC. David has been involved in the Lansing Area commercial Construction industry for approximately 30 years. Prior to founding Laux Construction LLC in the late 1990’s, David went through the Carpentry Apprenticeship Program. Laux Construction’s success as a leading General Contractor is based on David’s commitment to “Teamwork” and a sincere interest in developing lasting relationships and helping our clients achieve their objectives successfully.
Ronni Laux – Office Manager
Ronni has been with Laux Construction as the Office Manager since 1996. Ronni has several responsibilities including project accounting, human resources, and contract management.
Kori Laux – Human Resources Specialist/Project Management Assistant
Kori came to work for Laux in 2014. Her current responsibilities include working in the Human Resources Department, handling accounts receivable, and working with accounts payable. Kori is also in charge of the marketing for Laux Construction.
Kitty Gailey – Accounts Payable Controller/Project Management Assistant
Kitty came aboard 2012 and is responsible for management of account payables, along with assisting the project management team. Kitty is an integral part of the day-to-day operations and communications within Laux’s office.
Heather Kirchen- Receptionist
Heather started with Laux Construction in August 2017. She currently handles all receptionist duties, such as answering the telephone, greeting customer, and assisting in various clerical duties.
David Perhne – Field Operations Manager
David joined Laux Construction in August of 2015. David handles all field staff and provides supervision including, but not limited to, safety precautions, guaranteeing quality standards are met, as well as supervising the use of equipment on site, and training field staff new hires.
Chris Martin – Director of Project Management and Estimating
Chris has been with our company for 16 years. He has managed a number of successful projects for the State of Michigan, MSU, LCC, Ingham County, and Michigan Department of Corrections, just to name a few. In January of 2017, Chris was promoted from Senior Project Manager to Director of Project Management and Estimating. He currently overlooks the estimating department as well as the project management department.
Brandon Garred – Project Manager
Brandon was hired in 2007 as an estimator for Laux Construction. In 2009, he was promoted to Project Manager. He provides field supervisory responsibilities, project staffing, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor relations. Brandon enjoys the diverse challenge that comes with delivering a successful project.
Brian Stiebe – Project Manager
Brian joined the Laux Construction team in April of 2013. He was previously employed for 16 years as a structural engineer. Brian has brought his engineering and design experience to help Laux Construction grow as a leader in the design/build market. His responsibilities include estimating, project budgeting, preliminary building and site layout, and coordination with subcontractors in bidding of design/build projects.
Kevin Kruizenga – Project Manager
Kevin started working with Laux Construction in January 2017. Kevin previously owned a landscaping company in the Mid-Michigan area and has been in the industry for approximately 25 years. He brings a wide-range of knowledge to Laux Construction. He occasionally assists the project estimating team, while maintaining his duties as a Project Manager.
Eric Reed – Assistant Estimator
Eric started in November of 2015. Eric assists project managers with their daily tasks, as well as assisting with the estimating department.
