This project was completed under a Design-Build delivery program with Town-Pinkster where the Parnall Correctional Facility dairy plant was renovated to house the MSI soap factory, previously located in Detroit. New steel work platforms were constructed along with offices, restroom areas, and a warehouse. A new fire suppression system was installed which included a US fireline that was extended from the existing cell blocks. The existing loading ramp was also filled in and leveled. Chris Martin and Tim Warfle of the Laux Project team also received awards for their amazing work and dedication to this project from MSI!
